• Letter Carriers Stamp Out Hunger Food Drive with Harris Teeter - May 10
  Area residents are invited to join lettercarriers, U.S. postal workers and Harris Teeter to help “Stamp Out Hunger. ” It’s easy to participate! Simply place your non-perishable food donations in a grocery bag next to your mail box before the mail runs on Saturday, May 10.

June

• Bag Childhood Hunger Food and Funds Drive with Harris Teeter, Lowes Foods,
  Wal-Mart and Food Lion (Hunger Has a Cure). Throughout the month of June, look for specially marked bins at participating stores across the Triad or make a financial donation online.
  
• Triad Community Kitchen Eta Class Graduation - June 2, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  Open to the public

August

• Tee Off Against Hunger at the 17th Annual Second Harvest Food Bank
  Golf Tournament - August 12
  Tanglewood Park - Clemmons
  
• Triad Community Kitchen Theta Class Graduation - August 25, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  Open to the public

November

• Triad Community Kitchen Iota Class Graduation - November 10, 10 a.m. - 11 a.m.
  Open to the public

December

• 2nd Annual Messiah Community Sing-Along with the Winston-Salem Symphony Sunday, December 21, 2 p.m. - Kenneth R. Williams Auditorium, Winston-Salem State University. FREE with a donation of four nonperishable food items.
